Ellen IJspeert is member of the Dutch Association for Acupuncture (NVA) and of the Dutch Toyohari Association (NTV). Generally all Dutch health insurance companies pay (part of) the cost for acupuncture treatments out of the complemental part of the health insurance. On the website of the NVA - www.acupunctuur.nl, tab “vergoeding”. You can find a list of current health insurances and their compensation for acupuncture treatments. Or make inquiries at your own health insurance company.
